The hotel's location near the Medina suited me well. I liked exploring on foot. The hotel grounds feature extensive gardens. The restaurants provided excellent food choices.
The pool was supposed to be heated, but it was freezing. Reception told me I was wrong about the temperature. This bothered me. Cocktails did not always taste as I expected. The app did not work properly either.

The bar staff remembered my drink order quickly. Cleaners were very friendly and efficient. The waiting staff provided excellent service during meals. I recommend this hotel as I will definitely come back for the service and staff attention.
I found the music from the entertainment to be quite loud. It was still audible even from my room at the front of the hotel. Securing a sun lounger required waking up early. I didn't enjoy this.

wonderful stay in the medina

amazing varietyhigh qualitygreat locationchallenging sunbeds
i had a good five-night visit. the hotel's location is great. the food options provided amazing variety and high quality. it's a shame some guests reserved sunbeds early, preventing others from enjoying poolside spots (it felt unfair).
I found reserving sunbeds challenging. People placed towels early and left. this made finding a spot by the pool difficult (maybe management could address this issue).

the short trip from the airport was convenient, arriving quickly at the medina gardens. staff greeted me warmly. tui reps were visible and helpful, offering tips and information throughout my stay. the hotel provided musical entertainment of high quality, and the food was consistently delicious with much variety.
i found that the cocktails were not always consistent in taste, although they were still enjoyable.
